绿色照明是20世纪90年代初美国国家环保局提出的一个环保概念。绿色照明的内涵主要包括了四项指标，分别是：高效节能、环保、安全、舒适。高效节能旨在要求以低消耗的电能获取足够的照明，从而减少大气污染物的排放，实现环保的目的。安全、舒适是指光照柔和清晰，没有眩光、紫外线等有害光照，并且无光污染。  

         

  

    

    

    

  　　绿色照明包含电光源、电器附件、灯具、配线器材、调光、控光器件等的合理使用。  

       

  　　第一、开发并应用高效节能的电光源  

       

  　　1、用卤钨灯取代普通照明白炽灯，可以节省50-60%的电  

       

  　　2、用自镇流单端荧光灯取代白炽灯，可以节省70-80%的电  

       

  　　3、用直管型荧光灯取代白炽灯以及直管型荧光灯的升级换代，可以节省70-90%的电  

       

  　　4、大力推广使用高压钠灯、金属卤化物灯  

       

  　　5、推广使用发光二极管LED  

       

  　　第二、开发并应用高效节能照明灯具和智能化照明控制系统  

       

  　　1、选择配光合理、反射效率高、持久耐用的反射式灯具  

       

  　　2、选则与光源、电器附件协调配套的灯具  

       

  　　第三、使用高效节能的灯用电器附件，采用节能电感镇流器和电子镇流器取代传统的高能耗电感镇流器。

  　　一、高节能：LED采用直流驱动，功耗超低，电光的转换功率接近100%，同样的照明效果可以比传统光源节省80%以上的能源。  

       

  　　二、寿命长：LED属于固体冷光源，使用寿命能达到6—10万个小时，是传统光源寿命的10倍，并且LED等不会出现光衰、灯丝发光易烧、热沉积等缺陷。  

       

  　　三、色彩多：LED光源利用红、绿、蓝三原色的原理，在计算机技术的控制下，可以使三种颜色具有256级灰度并任意混合，产生256×256×256=16777216种不同的颜色，显色性好，对颜色的呈现更加真实。  

       

  　　四、安全环保：LED的光谱中没有紫外线和红外线，并且没有热量和辐射，眩光小，而且废弃物可以进行回收再利用，不含铅、汞，无污染，非常环保。此外，LED属于冷光源，发光稳定，无频闪，可以安全触摸。  

       

  　　五、安装简便：不需要额外配备整流器等配件，可以直接将灯安装在灯具接口上、或者将光源嵌套在灯壳，操作非常简便。  

  

    

  　　涂料用量：1.2～1.3kg/m﹒mm。  

       

  　　涂装间隔：不小于24小时。  

       

  　　包装规格：20kg/桶。  

  

    

  　　1.阻尼涂料怎么样之隔音、减震  

       

  　　阻尼涂料具有粘弹性。隔音涂料涂覆在物体表面干燥以后，会形成高聚物。当外部机械震动作用于高聚物时，有一部分能量会以储能形式存在，  而另一部分能量以热能的形式耗散掉，从而起到一定的隔音、减震效果。  

       

  　　2.阻尼涂料怎么样之材料  

       

  　　耗散能量与储备能量的比值反映高聚物的减震能力，通常称为阻尼因子，用tanδ表示。  材料的损耗因子(或阻尼因子)越高，其隔音降噪效果就越好。河南澳飞驰的水性隔音涂料的损耗因子高达0.68(同济大学检测、检测报告)，大幅度领先国内市场上同类隔音涂料产品的性能(普遍损耗因子只有0.15-0.20左右)，并达到国际先进水平。

  　　铝合金窗选购，要从五个“看”入手。  

       

  　　一看材质  

       

  　　铝合金窗主要用材一般包括三个方面：铝型材、玻璃、五金件，优质的铝合金窗所用的铝型材壁厚应在不低于1.2mm以上，氧化膜厚度应达到10微米;钢化玻璃较普通玻璃要好;不锈钢材质的五金配件要比铝质配件好。  

       

  　　二看加工  

       

  　　优质的铝合金窗，加工精细，切线流畅、角度一致，在拼接过程中应该不会出现较明显的缝隙，密封性能好，开关顺畅。劣质的铝合金窗，特别是铝合金室外窗产品如果加工不合格，会出现密封性质问题，不仅漏风漏雨，而且在强风和大的外力的作用下，玻璃会出现炸裂、脱落现象。  

       

  　　三看外观  

       

  　　铝合金窗表面不应有明显的擦伤、划伤、碰伤等缺陷。窗上相邻构件着色表面不应有明显的色差。窗表面不应有铝屑、毛刺、油斑或其他污迹，装配连接处不应有外溢的胶粘剂。  

       

  　　四看性能  

       

  　　铝合金窗的性能通常要考虑以下几个方面：强度，体现在铝合金窗的型材的选料上，是否能承受超高压;气密性，主要体现在窗结构上，窗的内扇与外框结构是否严密等;水密性，主要考核铝合金窗是否存在积水、渗漏现象;隔音性，这主要起决于中空玻璃的隔音效果和其它特殊的隔音气密条结构以及开闭力、开闭锁耐久性等其它窗配件的耐久性。  

       

  　　五看价格  

       

  　　一般情况下，优质铝合金窗的价格要比劣质铝合金窗产品要高30%，劣质铝合金窗通常采用含有大量杂质的回收铝挤压的铝型材，所用的铝型材有的壁厚仅0.6-0.8毫米，无论是从抗拉强度还是屈服度都大大低于国家有关规定，这类铝合金窗，特别是铝合金户外窗很不安全，所以在选购时千万不要图一时的便宜而轻视了自己和他人的人身安全。
