1家庭厨房设计规范

　　一.厨房面积与布置

　　1.空间足够大，可以满足基本厨房活动(食品、餐具洗涤，切配食物及搁置餐具等)需求。

　　2.能够满足厨房最低储物需求，例如对财米油盐及各种烹饪器具的储备。

　　3.厨房家具及设备有足够的安装空间，包括灶台、操作台、洗涤池及储物柜等的安装，另外，像冰箱、消毒碗柜等家电的安装空间也要具备。

　　4.厨房设计中的操作流程需要符合“省力工作三角区”，即即水池、炉灶和冰箱，厨房活动中属三者间的来往最多。

　　二.通风与排烟设计

　　厨房通风与排烟不畅，对居住人的身体健康有极大的伤害。目前很多家庭以天然气作为厨房燃烧的燃料，天然气燃烧时会散发出不利人体健康的气体。另外，烹饪菜肴时，油脂也会分解成许多烃化有物和炳烯醛体，对厨房和居室环境，以及人体健康均十分不利。改善灶具之时，要有组织单独穿堂风的意识，并提升机械通风排烟的效率，以使进出风口及气流走向得以利用好。

　　三.采光与照明设计

　　按照国际标准所规定，厨房的操作台面亮度为300Lx，比我国标准稍高。若是厨房自然采光不足，应辅以人工照明，此时人工照明的光源应选择冷色调，以免增加厨房室内的温度。为什么厨房采光和照明设计这么重要?采光和照明度不足，将会降低人们烹饪食品的热情，食品的卫生也难以保证。

　　四.其他规范

　　1.重视厨房的使用功能，需与餐厅位置相结合，妥善布置好。

　　2.厨房防水问题不可忽略，每日会有大量的洗涤工作在该区域进行。

　　3.考虑目前厨房使用的电器较多，需要在厨房内预留较多的插座。安装时，应结合卫生间统一考虑燃气管线的布置。

2家庭厨房设计尺寸

　　1.工作台尺寸：高度以操作者的身高及其在工作时的舒适度为标准。根据东方人的体形，工作台高度应为85-90厘米，深度在60-75厘米为宜。此外，加工操作的案桌柜体的高度、宽度应与水槽规格相统一。

　　2.吊柜尺寸：吊柜顶端一般不可超过230厘米，站立时拿取物体方便为宜，吊柜面宽为35-37厘米，低端与工作台面间的距离约为60厘米。吊柜的长度可以根据厨房的空间，将不同规格厨具进行配置，以使使用时感觉舒适。

　　3.吸油烟机：一般是在70厘米左右的高度。

　　4.灶台与水槽之间的距离：因水槽与柜台间的往返是最为频繁的，因此相关专家建议，水槽与柜台间的距离在1.20-1.8OM为宜，即两手臂张开时的宽度范围。

3家庭厨房设计要点

　　要点一：方向

　　指的是厨房的通风位置，通常南方地区的春天到秋天季节里，都以东南风居多。开放式厨房位于上风位置，那么油烟味将会被吹回屋里，这种情况下不建议采用开放式厨房。

　　要点二：驱油

　　鉴于中国人的“锅气”，大功率抽油烟机和抽风机什么的全都具备，因此，建议在附近的天花顶位置装上1-2个的抽风机。

　　要点三：美观

　　要想厨房整体美观度提升，一些锅碗瓢盆和瓶瓶罐罐就得被收纳起来，此时，需要开放式厨房与整体橱柜联合起来。

　　要点四：建材

　　厨房里选用的建材和家具需以防滑、防水和方便清洁为功能要点，简易用上具有防滑耐磨属性的瓷砖，不可铺设实木地板。

5进口地板与国内地板的区别

　　1.选用的木材不同

　　国外对于木材的树龄、树种都有严格的要求，比如瑞士卢森地板，它采用的是瑞士50~100年树龄的树种，树种为松木，并且在90天内加工完成。在国内，由于森林覆盖面积少，木材的树龄也不大，一般会选择5~10年树龄的树种，而且树种不一。

　　2.关心环保程度不同

　　国外一向注重人文关怀，生产出来的产品绝对不会有害，添加剂甲醛含量超标的地板产品，对于大品牌来说，没达标绝对不会达标，不可以进行销售，制造的产品更注重的是带给消费者的产品必须是环保健康的。而国内地板市场到处充斥着甲醛超标的现象，使用健康的地板产品得不到有效保障。

　　3.生产监控力度不同

　　国外的商家会花费资金不断完善地板生产线，更好地做到全方位的监控和操作。而在国内会出现这样的情况，有些企业为了节约制造成本，会把生产流程交给专门的企业去做，从而失去对生产流程的有效监控。

6气动阀门检测

　　气动阀门不能正常打开、关闭情况下的各项检测。

　　1.检验电磁阀是否正常，线圈是否耗损或接触不良，电磁阀的阀芯是否被东西卡死

　　维修方法：更换线圈，清理电磁阀上卡住的东西，以上方法没用就更换电磁阀。

　　2.单边供气检验气动执行器，查看是否正常工作，如气缸活塞窜气、缸体与端盖或转轴处漏气等

　　维修方法：拆开执行器检查密封件是否已损坏，气缸内孔表面是否已损坏。更换已坏密封圈、更换活塞、或气缸。

　　3.检查阀内是否有东西将球芯或阀板卡住

　　维修方法：清理杂质或者更换已损阀件。

　　4.检查手动操作执行机构的手柄是否处在手动位置

　　处理方法：将手柄扳到气动自动位置。

　　5.检查管路是否扭曲、压扁

　　处理方法：纠正或更换管路。

　　6.检查介质或环境温度是否太低，造成管路冻结

　　处理方法：即时清除冷凝水，增设除水设备。

7 厨房水槽漏水

　　厨房水槽出现漏水现象，需要对原因进行分析，当然问题产生的原因可能不是唯一的，我们应该具体问题具体分析，根据不同的情况来修理。

　　情况一：水龙头漏水

　　将水龙头红色及蓝色的标志拆开，并更换其中的橡胶垫即可。

　　情况二：水槽和台面间的衔接松动，积水溺到台面，并漏到橱柜里

　　买好玻璃胶条，并将玻璃胶密封于水槽和台面间的衔接处。

　　情况三：厨房水槽下水管漏水

　　无论是上面的接口漏水，还是水槽下水管与地下的下水管间漏水，问题均出在橡胶垫上，橡胶垫老化或是开裂，都会出现漏水，这时只需把这个橡胶垫拆开并更换一个便可。

　　情况四：水槽本身漏水

　　用防水腻子涂抹水槽漏水处。

　　情况五：水槽零件坏或松动

　　先仔细检查角阀、螺丝和胶垫等位置，看是不是因使用太久，出现腐蚀和老化问题，若是如此，建议重新更换一个。

　　如果发现厨房水槽堵了，不要急着去用水冲掉杂质或者把管道拆开。首先要做的就是把水管关闭，不然会造成更多的积水。然后再检查是哪个部位堵塞，或者是什么东西堵塞。厨房水槽一般堵塞的地方是U型管道处，因为堆积杂物导致排水不顺畅。或者是带排污螺丝的下水管道。弄清楚之后，在排水管下面垫一个污水盆。然后拆卸管道，用可以疏通的东西两边疏通一下。如果还有杂物，则将所有的连接口全部拧开卸下，冲洗干净。然后再组装回去。

　　值得注意的一点小技巧，厨房水槽下水管经常是被油腻杂物，菜渣堵塞，疏通前，可先往下水管导入一壶开水，然后用胶皮管子/钩子等伸到下水管中，清除杂物。

　　清理方法：准备一条胶皮管子，不用太长，只要能连通自来水笼头和下水管道就行。将管子的一端插入下水管道口，周围用破旧抹布或毛巾塞紧，将水管另一段固定到自来水管上，然后将水笼头开到最大，冲两三分钟，下水管道就能疏通了，堵的比较厉害，用手摇管道疏通器进行疏通：先将逆时针方向拧动止旋螺钉，然后将弹簧拉出放到下水管中，一直顶到障碍物，然后拉出10公分左右弹簧，拧紧止旋螺钉，选装把手，并施加压力，当完全进去后，在松开止旋螺钉，再拉出10公分弹簧反复操作直到感觉转动把手很轻松时，缓慢拉起就解决问题了。
