（1）增加亮度       在室内采光不好的情况下，房屋的色彩就需要特别注意了。一般以白色。米色、银色为主，而墙面、地面全部要选择浅色，就包括家具也是一样颜色要浅，并且避免深颜色的家具装饰。              (2)营造穿透空间       采光不足的情况下可以适当考虑户型改造，把一些非承重墙打掉，重新把面积优化组合，虽然工程量大，但是也是提高室内采光的最佳方式。不过做隔断的时候最好选择镂空式隔断，这样不仅将空间被合理分隔开来，又不会把光挡住。一般可以选择用窗帘或者玻璃材质的镂空板来做隔断，有时候甚至不需要特地做隔断，用家具来达到隔断的效果也是很好的方法。              (3)人为增加光源       其实在室内自然光源不足的情况下，还有一个巧妙增加采光的方法，就是人为增加光源，利用人造光源来弥补自然光源不足的缺陷。消费者可以在房间的四角装上LED灯，利用光源反射来增亮空间，这样房间里开了灯就会很明亮。在室内可以多设计几面镜子，在过道或者其他合适的位置，利用镜面的反射来让室内空间显得更开阔、明亮。        

    消费者在买房的时候，房屋的采光一直是个大问题，首先采光的判断就需要楼间距、房屋朝向、楼层高度、楼层面宽和进深。              (1)  楼间距       楼间距对于房屋的采光也有很大的影响，所以消费者在购房时需注意房屋早上几点阳光可以照进房间，而下午几点阳光直射结束。而不是现房的用户可以站在室外观察一下两楼之间的间距是否合理。       　　       (2)  房屋朝向       在房屋朝向的选择上是南向优于东朝向优于西朝向优于北朝向。不过在户型上需选择客厅一定要朝南、主卧最好也是南向的。       　　       (3)楼层高度       楼层高度是指楼层位于第几层，正常情况下，小高层应该买3层以上的房子。而高层之类的建筑应该购买6层以上，消费者需根据楼房实际高度与楼间距而定。       　　       (4)面宽与进深       面宽是指你所购房产的南向外立面的宽度、进深是指房子的深度。面宽越大、进深越小的房子采光越好;而面宽小、进深大的房子采光一定不会很理想。               

    

  　　采光的计算公式很简单，就是用全年365天自然光楼层=(楼层数×层高1×√3-实际楼间距)÷(层高2×√3)，不过在计算时要注意√3是根号三，因为电脑系统就把这个标志作为开根号的标志。这个计算公式可以让消费者简单的判断出房屋的采光时间是否达到国家标准。按照国家1:1.2的比例建设的话，楼层基本上都是日照充足的，并且建筑物层在日照最短日可以达到自然光1-2小时的标准。这个标准简单的说就是楼间距稍大于南侧楼体总高度。

  　　实木拼花地板又称实木手工拼花地板，传统实木拼花地板的制作工艺复杂，早期拼花地板的颜色大多来自于天然的木材颜色，装饰性在于木纹纹理的变化，设计师想要在地面表达繁复、具有象征意义的图案时，需把木材进行现场拼接，组成图案。因此，实木手工拼花地板在安装时也极为复杂。

  　　生活家大部分系类的每块地板都严格采用八道底漆、二遍面漆，加上超耐磨的漆料，以独特的碾压工艺技术加工。这样，就可以在增强漆膜的弹性和韧性的同时，有效地防止龟裂、褪色、和液体渗入。  

       

  　　生活家地板之好的护理方法：  

       

  　　复合木地板耐磨层若受损将使地板的防潮功能和光亮度受影响，因此，在地板上行走时，应尽量穿布拖鞋，最好赤脚。给家具的脚都贴上软底防护垫，避免家具的脚刮花地板耐磨层，别让很重的物品砸坏耐磨层。不能使用砂纸、打磨器、钢刷、强力去污粉或金属工具清理复合木地板。如果家中养猫，要想办法解决猫爪的破坏。  

       

  　　板面出现裂缝、孔洞的修补方法也有两种：一是把旧书报剪成碎屑，加入适量明矾，与清水煮成糊状，嵌入缝内，干后很牢。二是用白胶水拌木屑调均匀，嵌入裂缝，一昼夜后用砂纸磨光，简单经济。  

  

    

  　　由于蚕丝的特性，在加上人们对蚕丝被的晾晒众说纷纭，很多消费者都比较迷茫，到底能不能晒的问题。其实蚕丝被是可以晒的，如果一直不晒，会有异味和湿气，导致全棉的层套发霉，甚至是让蚕丝结块，但是在晒的时候需要注意以下几点：  

       

  　　1、新做的蚕丝被会散发出一股蚕蛹的味道，只需将它放在通风的地方2天就可以了。切不可长期暴露在强光下，一般控制在2个小时，既杀菌又增加保暖性，如果时间太长，会破坏蚕丝，导致变质断裂。  

       

  　　2、蚕丝被的晾晒环境要求为阳光稍微弱一点、通风良好的条件，不仅可以接受充足的光照，而且不会破坏被芯。  

       

  　　3、蚕丝被的晾晒时间是有规律的，通常每1个月晒1～3次（干燥天晒1次，潮湿天晒2～3天），每次晒2～3小时，一般2小时就够了，正反两面都要晒到。时间一般选在上午10或下午3点前后，该段时间阳光不会太强。  

       

  　　4、蚕丝被每次晒好后最好用手轻轻拍打一下，以恢复蓬松感和保暖度，增加被子的使用年限。  

  

    

安装注意事项：

    

　　由于泥砂浆及石灰的腐蚀性，安装及装修期敬请注意勿让水泥浆附着在不锈板面上，如不小心溅上，请及时用清水冲洗。

    

单门的安装及校正：

    

　　1、所需工具及材料：冲击钻、铁锤、钢丝钳、铅垂、水平尺、膨胀螺栓M10×100、木片或硬纸片。

    

　　2、测量门洞尺寸是否与门框相符，如果门洞尺寸偏大或者偏小，则应修整以能适应为准。

    

　　3、把不锈钢门扇取下，将门框放入门洞，用水平尺、铅锤等工具检查门框是否摆正放平，必要时加垫木片或硬纸片，在门框安装孔中套画孔位置记号，然后取下门框。

    

　　4、用冲击钻在已做记号的墙上钻孔，钻孔时一定要平正，如有歪斜会直接影响装门。

    

　　5、将框放入门洞，装膨胀螺栓，先预紧固中间螺栓，确定平正后再固定其余螺栓。

    

　　6、把门扇套上门框，检查开关是否灵活，门锁位置是否准确，若有异常可作进一步调整。

    

　　7、确认无其它问题后，将全部膨胀螺栓紧固，如有条件可将螺母与螺栓焊牢。

    

一框两门的安装及校正：

    

　　1、所需工具及材料：冲击钻、铁锤、钢丝钳、铅垂、水平尺、水泥钉M10×80或膨胀螺栓M10×100、木片或硬纸片。

    

　　2、把不锈钢门扇取下，将门框放入门洞，用水平尺、铅锤等工具检查门框是否摆正放平，若不平正，用木片垫平整。

    

　　3、先以内门铰一侧作基准边，把门框加强筋上的安装片旋转至与门框垂直，然后将安装片折弯用水泥钉或膨胀螺栓固定在墙上。

    

　　4、将内不锈钢门门扇套上门框，锁上锁，在确保平正的情况下，相继把内门安装片固定在墙上。

    

　　5、用同样的方法将栅栏门套上门框，固定好安装片。

    

　　6、检查内门、栅栏门开关是否灵活，若有异常可塞木片进一步调整。

    

　　7、在门框与墙之间缝隙处塞木片，使门框较为稳定，然后往门框内灌注水泥砂浆，待水泥砂浆凝固干燥后把门缝外木片取出方可使用门的功能。但在24小时内，应尽量减少开关门次数及力度。
